Dean Ryan was responsible as the subcontractor to Vanir Construction for the assistance with engineering services, which included the review of contract documents, shop drawings, instrumentation and process control design, electrical design, processed change orders, performed constructability review, and claims assistance. All work was performed in accordance with the standards of the City of Los Angeles.
Dean Ryan was responsible for assisting in the review of the contract documents for appropriate schedule control, and preparing the master schedule as determined necessary by the City of Los Angeles. Dean Ryan received and processed all contractor submittals including detailed design calculations, design drawings, fabrication and installation drawings, erection drawings, lists, graphs, operating instructions, catalog sheets, data sheets, samples and similar items. Dean Ryan provided assistance with responding to request for information (R.F.I.s), plan clarifications, and processed change orders. Dean Ryan played a key role in coordinating with public agencies and conducting meetings.
